Integrated

  • 1 (12 ounce) package firm tofu, cubed
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

  1. Combine tofu, 1/4 cup olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and marinate for 10 to 20 minutes.

  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add beans, and cook until tender yet firm to the bite, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain.

  3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tofu and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Add beans and season with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt. Mix well and serve.
