Summary

Cauliflower Prosciutto Pizza

I had something like this at one of my favorite restaurants and decided to make a variation of it at home. Everybody really enjoyed it. I hope you do too. For extra spice add spicy garlic and/or red pepper flakes.

Integrated

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsburyu00ae)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 pound sliced prosciutto

Directions

  2. Toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until evenly coated; spread onto a baking sheet.

  4. Grease a separate baking sheet. Spread pizza dough onto prepared baking sheet.
